Property owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or quality of any listings or properties.

Bookings and payments are arranged directly between guests and property owners. We are not responsible for any disputes arising from bookings or rental agreements.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Post false or misleading information
- Harass other users or property owners
- Attempt to circumvent our platform for direct bookings
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Pura Vida Costa Rica or its content suppliers.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or any rental arrangements made through our platform.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
