Born from a love of two worlds
Pura Vida Rentals was founded by travelers who fell in love with Costa Rica and never quite left. After years of splitting time between North America and the tropics, we realized something was missing: a platform that truly understood what makes a Costa Rican stay special.
Too many vacation rentals felt impersonal, disconnected from the magic that drew us here in the first place. We wanted to create something different—a collection of homes that felt like coming back to a friend's place, not checking into another anonymous vacation rental.
